Warranty

We ofter a full 12-month limited warranty on all our products. If any item we sell shows signs of a manufacturer's defect within the first 12 months, we will assist in facilitating the repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

If your watch is experiencing issues such as gaining or losing time, or not keeping accurate time, please contact us immediately. If we determine that a warranty repair is needed, one of our trained watch professionals will guide you through the process of safely returning the watch to us.

What's Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular use that causes minor signs of aging or use over time.

  • External Damage: Any physical damage to the watch case, glass/crystal, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown, finishes, clasps, or buckles.

  • Improper Use: Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or external forces.

  • Loss of Stones: Loss of precious or semi-precious stones from settings.

  • Third-Party Modifications or Repairs: Any alterations or repairs done outside of Bezel and Crown Exchange will void the warranty.

  • Exceeding Manufacturer's Water Resistance Guidelines:
    Water damage resulting from improper use of water resistance features, especially if the crown is not properly screwed down, is not covered.

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the watch to Bezel and Crown Exchange for warranty service is not covered.
